Webster County, Iowa

Webster County is located in Central Iowa. It is named for Daniel Webster, an American politician.
Both the seat and largest city are Fort Dodge. The Des Moines River flows directly through the county.
It borders Humboldt, Wright, Hamilton, Boone, Green, Calhoun and Pocahontas Counties.
Main highways through the county include US-20, US-169, IA-7, IA-175 and IA-144.
